Can I schedule a video visit before booking?
Yes. A video visit can be arranged depending on availability. It is a simple way to see the home, understand the shared spaces, and ask any practical questions before booking.
Is the house secure?
Yes. Each bedroom has its own lock, and the front door is secured with an access code.
How does the reservation work?
We confirm the reservation once we receive the first payment.
We can provide receipts after each payment or at the end of the stay.
How does payment work?
You need to pay the first month before arrival to confirm the reservation. After that, payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Wise (for international students)
Interac e-Transfer (Canada)
Are visitors allowed?
Yes, during reasonable hours. Overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
Is this a shared home?
Yes. This is a shared home, two furnished bedrooms are offered for rent; the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area are shared. Depending on the period, up to three occupants may be using these shared spaces.
